The Co***ny was founded in February at Hsinchuang City, Taipei County, with a registered capital of One Million New Taiwan Dollars.

The Co***ny bought the plant in Lungtan, Taoyuan
(the present address), and the factory was removed to the present address by end of year.
¡ñ¡¾1985¡¿:For the purpose of computerized and systematized operation, the Co***ny has started purchasing microcomputers (ALPHA MICRO-1000E) since June.

Mr. Berry P.C. Hung, President of the Co***ny was elected the third Chairman of Taiwan Zippers Association as well as one of top ten Modeled Entrepreneurs of the Republic of China.To expand the scale of business,to improve the production process and to increase the output, the Co***ny not only added a four-floor pre-processing building for making nylon zippers covering 2,750 square meters, but also increased production facilities as well as productive capacity for zipper tapes, molding and sewing. At the beginning of the year, the Co***ny re-adjusted its internal organization and human resources. To uphold the change of organizational structure, the Co***ny has completed the change of salary system in July, so that the actual income of employees is greatly raised. In September, the personnel and salary system was computerized in order to increase the working efficiency. Meanwhile, we also completed the third-stage capital-increasing plan, making the registered capital up to forty five million New Taiwan Dollars.

Plastic Zippers Production Division was set up,
and our product lines became more extensive with the supply of plastic zippers. The Co***ny won the IV National Gold Brand Award in this year.Since the Co***ny increased its capital again, its registered capitalbecame Eighty Million New Taiwan Dollars.
